Youth Support Worker
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help plan and deliver face-to-face youth work as part of a team at Prospect Community Centre, Farnborough, providing safe and positive opportunities for young people.
You’ll need a positive, “can do” attitude and the ability to deliver a range of youth work in diverse communities. A youth work qualification is desirable, but if you can demonstrate relevant experience and skills, we’d love to hear from you. We welcome male applicants, as they are currently underrepresented in youth worker roles.
You should be willing to help deliver innovative, exciting sessions that engage young people, spark ideas, and build effective, lasting relationships.
Salary
£14.13 – £16 per hour (dependent on experience, as outlined in the Job Description and Person Specification).
Hours per week
- Thursday evenings, 4:30 pm – 8:00 pm (term time)
- Occasional Tuesdays, 4:30 pm – 8:00 pm
