THE OPPORTUNITY
We are searching for a candidate who can provide high quality administrative support to the Principal Officer for Voids and the Void Team, and coordinate the processes and services needed to enable the return of empty homes to lettings. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding knowledge of how utilities work within a social housing providers void service and be able to investigate utility invoices for the correct liabilities to enable the payments team to pay them. You will require strong communication skills and will be able to deal with difficult processing situations whilst dealing with multiple utility providers. You will also assist with carrying out financial checks and support to enable contractors to be paid.
