    The Role:

    • In the role of a Tutor, you must be qualified to teach adults (minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification or a PGCE/PGDE plus a Level 5 subject specialism eg: Cambridge CELTA / Trinity TESOL) as well as be an experienced teacher of ESOL in post 16 education setting
    • As a Tutor you will need to be a flexible and creative tutor, have excellent communication and digital skills along with being an enthusiastic, dedicated practitioner, motivated to make a difference to local communities
    • In this role you will teach a maximum of 12hours a week in a variety of contexts and locations
    • The Tutor will plan and deliver high quality relevant learning activities and provide initial advice, guidance and assessment for learners
    • As the Tutor you will participate in quality assurance activity and follow all quality processes and will keep updated, take part in CPD and comply with assessment procedures and requirements
    • For the role of a Tutor, there is a need for flexibility around working locations and working hours, including evenings and weekends

    This post in fixed term for the purpose of to deliver IELTS Exam Preparation Courses for the 25-26 academic year and will end 31st July 2026.
