    About the Role
As Tribunal & Mediation Officer, you will work closely with the Tribunal, Mediation & Compliance Team Leader to deliver efficient and effective tribunal and mediation services. You’ll play a key role in representing Camden at SEND tribunals, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks, and strengthening relationships with families and schools.
    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing tribunal and mediation processes in line with SEND legislation.
    • Representing Camden in judge-led tribunals and mediation sessions.

    • Collaborating with parents, schools, and legal representatives to resolve issues proactively.
    • Providing data and analysis to support service improvements.
    • Maintaining accurate and effective records for tribunal and mediation matters.

    About You

    We’re looking for someone with:

    • Strong knowledge of tribunal and mediation processes and SEND legislation.
    • Experience translating SEND policies into practice to deliver positive outcomes.
    • A collaborative approach to working with families, schools, and local partners.
