The role will develop transport schemes and programmes of activity included in our plans, and progress them into deliverable interventions. This will include leading on feasibility and design work, stakeholder engagement and accessing funding.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of project management methodology and techniques, as well as some experience working in a transport planning or service role. They should be motivated to further develop their project management skills and knowledge of highways and transport service delivery.

You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers will be key to success. You should be motivated to develop your project management skills and knowledge of transport service delivery.
