We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs and Maintenance Apprentices to join our award-winning Housing Operations team. Ashfield District Council have the following Apprenticeships available. 1 x Electrician (48 months plus end point assessment) We are looking for highly motivated individuals to undertake a trade apprenticeship. The prospective candidates need to be enthusiastic, punctual, able to take instructions, and be reliable. You will have good communication and organisation skills whilst being able to work as part of a team. You'll work across all our properties in and around the Ashfield District area and have the opportunity to work alongside a number of trade professionals. You will gain valuable knowledge, experience and learn all aspects of your chosen trade, including the safe use of hand and power tools and all relevant Health and Safety Legislation. The role will involve working outside in all weather conditions. Corporate uniform will be provided. Please note transport considerations candidates must be prepared to attend college as stated below.
