As a Tenancy Support Worker, you will be responsible for the effective management of the Council’s Temporary Accommodation sites. You will work with a trauma-informed approach, particularly with rough sleepers who are households placed under our Next Steps Accommodation Project Model and collaborate with a wide range of partners including Housing Options Officers, landlords, statutory and voluntary agencies, and other Council services.

What are we looking for in successful candidates?
