Join Loddon Homes, part of our Local Housing Companies, as a Tenancy and Leaseholder Services Officer, on a full-time, permanent basis and help us provide high-quality, responsive, and respectful services to tenants and leaseholders.

As the Tenancy and Leaseholder Services Officer, you will play a complimentary role supporting and enhancing the frontline services delivered to our tenants and leaseholders.

You will ensure service expectations are met whilst striving for continued improvement of these services through engagement, process, policy and legislative adherence, ensuring ever-growing residence satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure residents receive the best possible service, regardless of tenure or circumstance.
  • Monitor and support relationships between tenants, leaseholders, and service providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement and compliance with Consumer Standards.
  • Advocate for residents, investigate service failures, and coordinate solutions.
  • Lead meaningful engagement initiatives to empower residents and enhance satisfaction.
  • Deliver an effective complaints journey and contribute to policy development.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in housing or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social housing services, tenancy and leasehold law.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and deliver service improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Housing Management or CRM systems.
  • A solution-focused mindset and confidence in challenging underperformance.
