The Role

Charnwood Borough Council manage approximately 5639 dwellings, 15 shops and 823 garages and we are seeking to recruit a Tenancy and Estate Management Officer on a fixed term basis. You will deal with all aspects of Tenancy and Estate Management except for anti-social behaviour and Income collection.

You will need a full UK driving licence as you will be traveling throughout the Borough and may be using your own transport.

About You

We’re seeking a motivated and organised professional with experience including carrying out new tenant visits, dealing with mutual exchanges, successions, tenancy change requests, abandoned properties, untidy gardens and other breaches of tenancy and organising and attending estate walks. You will provide advice and using the tenancy agreement and legal powers take a range of enforcement action where necessary.
