    About the role

    A vacancy has arisen within the Temporary Accommodation Team which provides accommodation for homeless households. The role will involve visiting all Temporary Accommodation properties carry out inspections of the stock and gardens ensuring that they are being kept to a decent standard. This will involve visiting tenants in their own homes and lone working. You will also be expected to report any welfare concerns that you may have about tenants who are not coping within their tenancy to the Housing Officer or agency.

    Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
