Join Arun District Council’s Housing, Wellbeing & Communities team as a Technical Services Manager
Arun District Council is looking to improve and transform it’s housing services and creating a better future for our residents. We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead a critical transformation within our Repairs and Maintenance service, setting a new direction and driving positive change.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will take ownership of managing and improving the repairs service, embedding a culture of accountability, efficiency and continuous improvement. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our housing stock meets legal and regulatory requirements, while introducing best practice and innovative approaches to service delivery.
We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills and the ability to manage complex contracts and multi-disciplinary teams. You will be confident in making decisions, engaging with residents and stakeholders and delivering solutions that make a real difference.
