About the role
We are looking for four candidates to join our specialist teams within Housing Asset Management in these new roles created following a recent team redesign. These are exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving housing standards and supporting energy efficiency initiatives across the district.
You will provide technical advice and guidance related to your specialist area, respond to customer service requests and complaints ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Your role will also involve analysing performance data, producing reports and dashboards, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining accurate property records. In addition, you will assist with preparing and managing contractor orders and schedules of works, liaising with contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
About you
You’ll bring a degree (or equivalent qualification) in construction or surveying, or substantial experience in a similar role. A solid understanding of relevant regulations, building safety legislation, and compliance requirements within social housing is essential, along with experience in managing contractors and monitoring works.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, combined with the ability to analyse data and produce clear, accurate reports. You’ll also need a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle to carry out site visits.

Salary range
