About the role
We are looking for a candidate with an interest in Asset Management and Compliance to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving housing standards and supporting energy efficiency initiatives across the district.
In this post you will be providing advice and guidance related to Gas and other areas of compliance, responding to customer service requests and complaints ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
You will assist with preparing and managing contractor orders and schedules of works, liaising with contractors to ensure quality and compliance. Your role also involve analysing performance data, producing reports and dashboards, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining accurate property records.
About you
You must have previous experience in working in Housing Asset Management or have a degree (or equivalent qualification). A solid understanding of relevant regulations, building safety legislation, and compliance requirements within social housing is essential, along with experience in managing contractors and monitoring works.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, combined with the ability to analyse data and produce clear, accurate reports together with a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle to conduct site visits is also required.
