  • Preparing plans and using mapping systems as required.
  • Providing a full range of administrative support, including minute taking, filing and preparing letters, tables and reports.
  • Providing financial administration, including placing orders, raising and paying invoices and managing debtors.
  • Liaising effectively with colleagues, customers, members of the public and other professionals to support efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.

You will also have extensive general clerical or administrative experience, experience of dealing with the public by telephone and in person, and experience of working with a range of database systems. Knowledge of asset management, property databases, finance and budgets, or web-based invoice processing would be an advantage.

You will be committed to equality of opportunity, regular and reliable service, and behaviours that support our values: professional, innovative, collaborative and customer focused.
