The Role:
- We are looking for a Team Manager and experienced Approved Mental Health Professional to manage our dedicated AMHP and EDT hub
- The Team Manager will lead a team of professional and vocationally qualified staff, providing a service to people presenting with eligible care needs under the Care Act 2014 ensuring that the support offered is consistent with the principles of personalisation to enable them to live as full and independent a life as possible
- The Team Manager will provide a person-centred service through partnership and effective liaison with other statutory and voluntary sector services e.g., GPs, voluntary care groups, and others, to develop services that are co-produced and based around the voice of the individual

Salary range
- £54,916 - £60,640 per year
