Team Leader (Higher Level Teaching and Learning Assistant)

From January 2026, the children, staff and governors of Marsh Lane Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is committed to providing the highest possible standards of support and teaching to pupils within our school.

The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and have experience working with children in supporting in and out of the classroom to promote inclusion and learning.

You will need to be committed to your own professional development, have a calm manner and a passion and commitment to encouraging children to achieve the best of their ability.
