St Andrew’s is a popular two-form entry infant school situated in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Coventry. Our pupils are happy, enthusiastic, and well-behaved learners who make our school a fantastic place to be. We are currently looking to recruit new colleagues to join our team of dedicated teaching assistants. We are looking to appoint experienced teaching assistants who:
- Have recent experience of working with children aged 3 to 7 years.
- Have experience of supporting children to become confident readers, writers and mathematicians.
- Have experience of supporting children with additional needs, (physical, educational and emotional)
- Recognise and celebrate the uniqueness of every child.
- Use positive behaviour management strategies and demonstrates a compassionate and restorative approach to dealing with behaviours.
- Work effectively with colleagues as part of a team.
- Whose personal values align with those of our school.
- Will actively contribute to school life and the wider community.
- Possesses a sense of humour, positive outlook and have empathy.
- Are reflective practitioners who recognises the importance of professional learning.
