At Castleway, we believe that great relationships are at the heart of great learning. We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our fantastic team, working in Upper Key Stage 2 from September.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows how to build positive relationships with children while also having the drive and determination to help raise standards. You'll work alongside our experienced teaching team to support high quality learning, deliver targeted interventions and help every child achieve their very best.

We're looking for someone who has high expectations, enjoys being part of a supportive team and shares our belief that every child deserves to feel they belong and can succeed.
