    Teaching Assistant Level 2 (TA2)

    4 x Permanent

    6 x Fixed term for one year (in the first instance)
    Start date: 1 September 2026

    30 hours per week x 46 weeks per year / 8.45 am to 3.30 pm daily

    Salary: Pay Band D / SCP 5 – 6/£25,583 - £25,989 & SEN Allowance £1,539 pro-rata, per annum

    Actual Salary: £18,859 - £19,158 & SEN Allowance £1,135 per annum

    Bluebell Park School is growing, and we are seeking caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with PMLD, ASC, SLD, Speech and Communication, sensory and behavioural needs.

    You will work closely with teachers to support learning in class, small groups, and 1:1. You will support pupils to develop life skills and prepare them for life beyond Bluebell Park.

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Has experience working with children with SEN
    • Is patient, resilient, and a strong team player
    • Has good communication and behaviour management skills
