TA Level 2
Start Date: Monday 13th April
Contract: Fixed term (with the potential to become permanent and potential to increase to full time hours depending upon budget)
Hours: 17.5 hours per week 11.30 - 4 Monday, 11.45 - 3 Tuesday-Friday
Pay Grade: TA2

We are looking to appoint:

● A qualified TA2 who values all children and has experience of successfully supporting teachers to raise standards.
● A compassionate member of staff who has experience in the delivery of adaptive teaching interventions for all groups of learners, particularly individuals with SEND or who may be disadvantaged.
● An experienced TA who has used a range of positive behaviour strategies successfully and built excellent relationships based on mutual respect (some experience of trauma informed approaches would be beneficial)
● A team player who is committed to upholding the school’s ethos, reputation, values and vision.
● A self-motivated and organised TA who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in partnership with year group teams, the school and all stakeholders.
● A creative and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude towards solution focused outcomes.
● A professional who is committed to the safeguarding of all pupils and has an understanding of the KCSIE documents.
