Level 1 Teaching Assistant (Early Years) Start Date: September 2026

The Castleway Family of Schools is looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our youngest learners, supporting them to feel safe, happy and ready to thrive. We are looking for someone who is passionate about children, enjoys working as part of a team and shares our commitment to inclusion, nurture and high expectations for every child.
