We Are Seeking:
Passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant Level 1 who is committed to supporting our pupils' individual needs. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children with a range of needs including complex autism, sensory processing disorders, and severe learning difficulties.
About You:
You are an individual who possesses:
A strong desire to support and enhance children's learning experiences.
Experience or desire to work with children with a range of SEN, particularly severe learning difficulties, autism and sensory processing disorders.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage pupils in a stimulating manner.
High levels of commitment and the resilience needed to work in a challenging yet incredibly rewarding environment.
Your Role Will Involve:
Providing support to pupils, both within the classroom setting and in smaller group or one-to-one sessions.
Collaborating with classroom teachers and teaching assistants to implement effective learning strategies.
Supporting pupils with personal care and promoting independence in all aspects of the school day.
Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
