Teaching Assistant / Individual Needs Assistant (INA) and Midday Supervisory Ass

Job introduction

We require an excellent Individual Needs Assistant to join our wonderful school and share our vision of ‘Exploring and Learning Together, Inspiring Each Other’. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Individual Needs Assistant to support children with complex needs. Experience of working with children with ASC is desirable.

NB: This post is for children with Education Health Care Plans (EHCP) and therefore the posts will exist whilst the plan is in place.

Paid weeks per year: 46.2 (TA/INA)/42.8 (MDSA) pro rata (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Fixed term: End date 31 August 2026 (Due to PAN reduction)

Start date: June 2025 (or agreed with successful candidate)
