Paid weeks per year: 47.36 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

About the role
We are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to work as part of the inclusion team. There is some flexibility in terms of the pupil and year group you will be supporting, as we aim to match people’s skills with the needs we have in the school. Understanding of attachment and autism, gained through working with children would be an advantage.
We are looking for a staff who are extremely patient, positive, friendly and supportive.
The successful candidates will work closely with colleagues in a very supportive team. There will be opportunities for professional development.
You will report directly to the SENDCO and work closely with the teachers, other support staff and outside agencies.
