    This vacancy at The Axis Academy is an outstanding and unique opportunity for the right person to become a fully functional, multiskilled member of a highly inclusive and collaborative team that strives to change the lives of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) through all that we do. You will be working in our newly formed KS4 Ignite pathway group which supports pupils in accessing a more bespoke KS4 curriculum including a focus on life skills, work experience, functional skills and alternative qualifications. Within this group, pupils have a wide variety of needs including both academic and SEMH needs. Therefore, the successful candidate needs to have a flexible, creative approach to learning and the ability to form positive therapeutic relationships with all pupils.
