  • Outstanding classroom practitioner and the ability to motivate and engage young learners with a wide range of learning needs.

  • Up to date with knowledge of the Curriculum and the ALN code for Wales;
  • Proactive in own professional learning.
  • Knowledgeable of the United Conventions of the Rights of the Child and have good systems of pastoral care, including pupil empowerment.
  • Highly motivated and hold equally high expectations of our children's achievements, their behaviour and skill development.
  • Flexible, well organised and be able to confidently lead a team, with a proven track record.
  • Able to effectively work together as members of our strong school team and contribute fully to the life of the school including extracurricular activities.

  • Able to effectively use digital platforms to enhance and share our children's learning and be fully committed to promoting Welsh 2nd Language and the well-being of our pupils.
