Coundon Primary School is a dynamic, forward-thinking and inclusive school where SEND is a significant strength of our provision. We are proud of the nurturing, ambitious and innovative support we provide for our pupils and are looking to appoint an exceptional teacher to join our highly regarded Inclusion Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to teach within our KS2 Adaptive Provision, working closely with approximately 10 pupils accessing a bespoke curriculum tailored to their individual needs. The successful candidate will be supported by our experienced Inclusion Team and will play a key role in continuing to develop and strengthen our SEND provision across the school.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about inclusive education and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of SEND provision at Coundon Primary. As we continue to build on our success, we are also developing our wider vision for outreach support in line with the recently published SEND White Paper.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS, all relevant safeguarding and pre-employment clearances, and the receipt of two satisfactory references.
