Shape the Future of Council Housing

Are you passionate about delivering real impact through high-quality property services? Step into a pivotal role where your skills in building surveying and tenant liaison will directly enhance the lives of residents and improve the Council’s housing assets. This is your opportunity to be at the heart of transformative housing investment, working collaboratively under experienced leadership to deliver projects that truly matter.

In this dynamic role, you’ll support the planning, maintenance, and improvement of housing stock and assets within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), ensuring best value and high standards across the board. From drafting project briefs and managing contracts to engaging directly with tenants and residents, your work will ensure our housing services are inclusive, efficient, and community focused.

Let your expertise create lasting change, one home at a time.

From roadshows to an annual award ceremony, from reviewing working arrangements to our Hug in a Mug initiative, it is incredibly important our employees are shown how valued they are and that they remain the beating heart of our workplace.

We offer:

  • One days’ paid volunteering leave.
  • Lifestyle benefits platform.
