    About the Team:

    The role involves managing reactive repairs within a geographical area within the borough. The Team manages a range of works from emergency repairs, routine repairs, through to planned works. We work in collaboration with various teams within the council as well as a number of external stakeholders to provide a comprehensive repairs service.

    About the Role:

    You must have experience in a similar role in a local authority within the repair’s environment of at least five years. You should have good knowledge of structures, high- rise buildings, low rise domestic buildings and experience in diagnosing defects and applying remedies and Party Wall Etc. Act 1996.
