Supported Housing Improvement Programme (SHIP) Service Support Officer
Join our Supported Housing Improvement Programme (SHIP) team and play a vital role in helping vulnerable people access quality, value-for-money supported housing. Your administrative support will enable a multi-disciplinary team to deliver services that promote community safety, safeguard children, and contribute to our climate emergency response.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide essential administrative assistance, managing diaries, organising meetings, and maintaining filing systems. You’ll respond promptly to enquiries, coordinate with housing teams, prepare reports, and handle financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders. Your attention to detail and data management skills will keep the team running smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll Fit Right In If…
You have strong communication skills, are proficient with Microsoft Office, and bring a methodical, organised approach to your work. You’re a responsible team player who works well independently, meets deadlines, and shows empathy towards vulnerable groups. You share our values of Working Together, Ambition, Pride, and Ownership, and are eager to contribute positively to the community.
