    The Fostering and Adoption Team are looking to recruit two Supervising Social Workers to the Fostering Support Hub.

    This role will include an emphasis on placing the safety and welfare of children at the very centre of everything we do.

    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? We are looking for two dedicated and experienced Supervising Social Workers to join our Fostering Team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring the best outcomes for children in care.

    You will:

    • Offer guidance and advice to foster carers, promoting safe and nurturing environments.
    • Monitor and review placements to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Work collaboratively with professionals to develop care plans that meet individual needs.

    What we’re looking for:

    • A qualified Social Worker with current registration.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • A commitment to safeguarding and improving the lives of children.

    Salary range

    • £37,955 - £40,787 per year
