We’re looking for an exceptional Strategic PFI Contracts Manager to take the lead in managing and shaping the future of some of our most significant PFI/PPP partnerships — major contracts spanning our schools and adult care portfolios, collectively worth over £1 billion.
This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring these vital long-term partnerships continue to deliver value, performance, and quality for our communities
Additional information
Proven experience managing PFI/PPP or large-scale public sector contracts, with an eye for both the strategic picture and the commercial detail.
Strong financial and governance skills — confident managing multi-million-pound budgets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
A background in building, surveying, construction project management, or contract management, supported by a degree or equivalent professional experience.
The drive to innovate, improve, and make things happen.
