Are you an experienced or aspiring Specialist Teacher ready to join our growing team?
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate teacher to work in our nurturing specialist settings—Grove part of the wider Rectory CoE Primary School community.

Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking a teacher to join our passionate team, working with children with autism and complex communication needs

  • Has a deep passion for Specialist education and inclusive practice.
  • Brings experience—or genuine enthusiasm—to work with children with autism, sensory needs, and social-communication differences.
  • Is nurturing, creative, and able to adapt learning to suit the developmental stage of each child.
  • Communicates effectively with a wide range of adults and works in close partnership with families and professionals.
  • Is resilient, optimistic, and eager to make a meaningful difference every day.
