Are you detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about delivering high-quality housing services? Join our dedicated Income Team and play a key role in supporting residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our rent and housing systems.
About the Role
As a Specialist (Rent & Data), you’ll support the Income Manager and Deputy to the Neighbourhood Housing Lead in delivering a comprehensive housing and rents service. You’ll be responsible for managing rent data, reconciling transactions, and ensuring accurate reporting and communication with residents and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse data for income monitoring and reporting
- Oversee daily cash postings and ensure accurate fund allocation
- Reconcile rent transactions and balances across accounts
- Prepare annual rent increase notifications and monthly statements
- Liaise with external printers for rent statement production
- Collaborate with IT and Finance to resolve system issues
- Monitor and manage rent accounts for North Downs Housing
- Support the Housing Rent Assistant and liaise with debt collection teams
- Identify households impacted by Universal Credit migration
- Produce reports and maintain accurate records on the housing database

Salary range
- £35,593 - £41,110 per year
