Would you like to work for a high performing Income management service?

Are you passionate about support communities and helping to ensure financial sustainability? Do you have experience in debt recovery and a strong understanding of the social housing sector? If so, we would love to hear from you.

We're looking for a proactive, customer focused Housing Income Specialist to join our Income Recovery Team. This is a key role in helping us deliver a comprehensive housing and income service for our residents.

What you'll do:

- Act as the first point of contact and engaging with customers to record contact, agreements and referrals

- Manage a caseload of rent accounts in line with a agreed procedures.

- Provide tailored support and advice to support customers sustain tenancies.

- Develop a strong understanding of welfare benefits and payment requirements.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in debt recovery and income management.

- Knowledge and Experience of the Social Housing Sector.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with relationship building skills.

- A "can do" attitude and the ability to work under pressure in challenging situations and the ability to problem solve.

- Collaboration and Team working skills.
