    As a Social Worker with us, you’ll be central to assessing needs, planning interventions, and delivering high-quality care aligned with the Care Act eligibility criteria. You’ll work across varied settings, engaging with individuals, families, and partner organisations to achieve the best possible outcomes for those we support.     We’re seeking qualified, SWE registered, professionals to join our Localities team who bring:

    • Evidence of working with people in social care or related settings, demonstrating strong assessment and analysis skills.
    • Proven ability to engage effectively with individuals in varied environments.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Confidence in negotiating, influencing, and developing support plans that meet service standards.
    • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage caseloads and meet time targets.
    • Authoritative knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and care resources.
    • Financial awareness to ensure accurate support planning and budget monitoring.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and specialist systems confidently, ensuring high-quality, timely, and accurate data recording.
