What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Adult Social Care teams, you’ll:

• Work directly with adults and carers to promote independence and wellbeing
• Carry out strengths-based assessments and develop meaningful support plans
• Support people to help them achieve outcomes that matter
• Play a key role in safeguarding adults, balancing risk with empowerment
• Build relationships across health, housing, and community partners
• Develop your confidence through reflection, supervision, and continuous learning

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are not only qualified — but motivated, curious, and committed.

You will:

• Hold (or be about to complete) a Social Work Degree or Masters
• Be registered or eligible for Social Work England registration
• Be passionate about adult social care and strengths-based practice
• Bring empathy, resilience, and a genuine desire to learn
• Have a developing understanding of the Care Act including safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, Equality Act, and other key legislation
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
