Job Description
Salary: £ 37,815 - £43,083 per annum
Grade: E
23-Month Fixed-Term Contract
37 Hours Per Week – Predominantly office based but there will be an opportunity for some flexible working.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Basildon Hospital Social Work Team. We are looking for a qualified Social Worker who is registered with Social Work England and with at least two years’ experience to join this supportive and highly skilled team. You will be working with adults with physical disabilities and people with impairments. Ensuring that the needs of Thurrock residents are met in a timely manner to facilitate safe hospital discharges.
You will become part of a very stable, award-winning team, where we provide the opportunity for you to grow and develop and join a very innovative and supportive service.
You will need to be an excellent communicator and able to work alongside colleagues in Health and Voluntary organisations.
