About the role

Working as part of Cherwell Adult Social Care Team, you will support people to improve their wellbeing and achieve their outcomes. You will:

  • Support people in your community to maintain and build their independence, exploring creative and effective approaches
  • Use a strengths-based approach to help people identify and achieve what matters most to them
  • Ensure people and carers are heard, including supporting access to advocacy

You are:
