The Adult Social Care Learning Disability Team are seeking to appoint a part time qualified Social Worker to be part of our dynamic, supportive and busy team. We are a group of passionate and motivated staff, who strive to advocate for the Learning Disability community on the Island.
This is an agile role, that will include working from home and County Hall as required.
The role includes working as part of a busy team, which involves direct work with people with lived experience and their support networks, the completion of Care Act Assessments and working creatively with individuals to support them to achieve their identified outcomes.
The role also includes, reviewing care and support, completing safeguarding enquiries and Court of Protection work, alongside supporting the effective running of the team through engagement in the duty rota.
Salary range
- £19,383 - £20,829 per year
