The role will be based in North, West and Central Birmingham and includes the £5,000 retention payment. 1 x Position in LadywoodAs a Social Work Practice Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting Lead Practitioners and Team Managers to ensure children and families receive high-quality, needs-led assessments and timely support. You will:
  • Provide reflective supervision and casework oversight.
  • Support the development and delivery of multi-agency Family Help plans.
  • Chair multi-agency meetings, quality assure and authorise assessments and reports.
  • Promote the voice of the child and ensure their views shape their care.
  • Champion our practice model ‘Connections Count’ and uphold our values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Extensive experience working with vulnerable children and families.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation, safeguarding, and multi-agency working.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and supervisory skills.
  • A commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional development.
