
Site Services Manager
As Site Service Manager, you will oversee the day to day management of the school site, ensuring it is safe, secure, compliant and well maintained. You will lead on Health & safety, premises management and facilities operations, working closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager.
The hands on role includes managing repairs and maintenance, site security, contractors and budgets, while ensuring the school meets all statutory and compliance requirements.
You will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors, supporting the smooth running of the school every day.

We are looking to recruit an efficient and highly organised individual to manage our school premises and grounds.
The successful candidate should have:
- A good working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and its application.
- Facilities management experience.
- The ability to communicate well with all levels of staff/pupils/parents, and visitors to the school.
- The ability to follow agreed regulations and procedures relating to the duties of the role
- The ability to manage and prioritise workload, responding to competing demands effectively.
- Good knowledge of site security procedures, including alarms & safeguarding responsibilities.
- A friendly and approachable nature, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- IT skills to support digital record keeping and communication.

Salary range
- £28,598 - £34,434 per year
