Band F, Full Time Permanent, 52-week contract, 37.5 hours per week
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Site Manager, who feels that they are able to make a real difference here at Brookdale Primary School. We are keen to hear from individuals who will support our aims and ethos and who are willing to work as part of a friendly team. Experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Requirements:
- Someone who enjoys working with children and believes in our vision of including, inspiring, engaging and nurturing our pupils
- An enthusiastic individual who will take pride in their work
- A willingness to care for our school building to make it a pleasant learning & working environment
- Someone who is willing to learn and can use their own initiative
- Has good basic IT skills and good interpersonal sills
- Ability to undertake cosmetic and minor repairs to the school building
- Ability to manage the day to day running of the school building
- Ability to liaise with contractors and other agencies
- Willingness to undertake training to further develop their knowledge and experience

Salary range
- £28,598 - £31,022 per year
