About the role
We’re looking for an individual who is experienced, organised and confident. You’ll build good working relationships across council departments, external partners and parent carers. A One Council approach is essential for us to consider service improvement, cost efficiencies but most importantly enabling children and young people to access their education.
You will have:
- Experience of working as a Project Manager and recognising potential risks and sensitivities of service change.
- The ability and confidence to liaise and work inclusively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and at all levels.
- An understanding of change management.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.

Salary range
- £46,731 - £49,764 per year
