We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Service Improvement Team as a Service Improvement & Insights Officer. This role plays a key part in helping us deliver high-quality housing services by driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with housing standards and putting customer insight at the heart of what we do.
Working closely with colleagues across the council, tenants, and external partners, you will research best practice, support policy and process development and provide clear and accessible performance information. You will also contribute to tenant engagement activities, analyse sector guidance and government policy, and help shape improvement initiatives that make a real difference for our residents and communities.

Salary range
- £35,593 - £41,110 per year
