The Observatory School is seeking to appoint an exceptional Senior Teacher to lead personalised provision, working closely with the Head of Solar Campus to design and deliver highly tailored educational pathways for pupils who are unable or unwilling to access the traditional school offer.
This role focuses on 1:1 and small group teaching, alongside leadership of alternative provision, attendance, and statutory processes, ensuring every pupil receives a coherent, ambitious and appropriate education.
The Observatory School is an extraordinary place to work and to meet our teams' expectations, you will be an equally extraordinary individual with a proven track record of excellence. Expectations here are high. You will face challenges you may never have encountered before, coming from all directions, and the onus will be on you to rise to them in line with the ambitious vision of our school.
