Southwark Council works closely with a wide range of partners to deliver better outcomes for residents, businesses and communities. The Strategy and Partnerships team, within Strategy, Insight and Performance, leads the development of the council’s corporate strategy and supports strategic collaboration with partners across the public, private, voluntary and academic sectors. We are looking for two Senior Partnerships Leads to strengthen the council’s approach to strategic partnerships.What You'll Be Doing
In this role you will: • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across sectors. • Identify opportunities for collaboration, shared investment and innovation. • Support cross-sector initiatives that contribute to the council’s priorities. • Work with senior leaders and partners to develop joint approaches to complex challenges. • Support governance and coordination of partnership activity across the council.What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who has: • Experience developing partnerships across organisations or sectors. • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. • Experience working in complex public sector environments. • The ability to identify opportunities for collaboration and shared outcomes. • Strong communication and negotiation skills.Additional Information
