Key responsibilities:

<li>Support with designing, implementing and managing a quality assurance framework that supports compliance, audit and risk management strategies, systems and processes for our Connect to Work programme (CtW)</li>
<li>Lead regular quantitative and qualitative review of processes, paperwork, participant experience and employer experience to ensure Fidelity is being delivered</li>

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Business Engagement &amp; International Promotion team at a crucial time for London’s growth. You will have experience of working with, or alongside, the public and private sector, and a good understanding of the differences in their perspectives and values.

GLA staff are hybrid working up to 3 days a week in our offices and remotely depending on their role. As part of this, you will need to split your time between home working and coming into the office.
