· Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in line with council policies.
· Complete staff supervisions and performance reviews on time.
You will be an organised, proactive, and confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced safeguarding environment. With a strong understanding of Children’s Services and the demands of a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, you bring both precision and empathy to your work. You can balance timely decision-making with the diligence required to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Proven success working as part of a multi-agency partnership, collaborating with internal teams and external professionals to support effective safeguarding decisions.
· Experience providing oversight or support to colleagues, helping to maintain service standards and team performance.
