Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent public service? We are looking for a Senior Land Charges Officer to join our Land Charges team and play a key role in maintaining the Land Charges Register and processing search applications. This is a fixed term contract covering a period of maternity leave for up to 12-months.

About the Role

As a Senior Land Charges Officer, you will:

• Oversee and verify search applications, ensuring accuracy in details and payments.
• Record local land charge search applications using our electronic TLC system.
• Maintain and improve databases, ensuring accurate records for search completion.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to search enquiries.
• Final-check completed searches and update the Land Charges Register via HMLR and TLC/Agile systems.

We offer flexible working arrangements, giving you the choice to work remotely, in our Kings Hill office, or in a hybrid pattern that combines both. While the majority of your duties can be carried out remotely, some office attendance will be required to support team collaboration and key meetings.
